Barry M. Brant is a Certified Public Accountant and a director of the Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors and Accountants’  Tax, Consulting and International Services practice. He is involved in the acquisition, structuring, financing, development and redevelopment of numerous real estate investments for his clients, private placements, including residential, retail, office and industrial real estate ventures.

During his 30-year career Brant has developed a reputation for providing advice and guidance that helps companies grow. His clients include developers who have changed the Miami skyline, multi-national entities that have created industries from scratch and entrepreneurs who rely on his ability to maximize the potential of their ideas.

With a wide-ranging practice that crosses borders into Latin America, Europe and China, Brant takes a world view and brings a unique perspective to his clients. He is a valuable partner in mergers and acquisitions and helps companies from the start-up phase to succession planning and exit strategies. He serves as a board member and trustee for a number of clients.
