EXPERIENCE

Silvi Santovenia has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial property management, including an extensive background of operations and management of professional and medical buildings, office buildings and retail space.

She has experience in the construction, build-out and renovation phases and management of more than 250,000 square feet of medical and professional office with major national corporate tenants. She oversees a portfolio of more than 1 million square feet of commercial space throughout the United States.

Ms. Santovenia holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.
