Norman Buhrmaster handles investment review and analysis of Orion’s existing portfolio and proposed acquisitions. A specialist in 1031 exchanges, he oversees all international investor accounts.

With deep experience in the sale and marketing of commercial properties, Buhrmaster is involved with site selection, lease negotiations and exit strategies.

Active in commercial real estate for more than 40 years, Buhrmaster has a background in commercial property feasibility studies, development, leasing and property management.

He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), past president of the Broward Chapter and a past regional vice president of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Buhrmaster is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and attended Syracuse University and the University of Florida.
